Refund & Exchange Policy

All products puchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for the following conditions:


1) Product packaging is faulty (ie. broken pakaging, broken seal) upon arrival. We will replace with a new product at no extra cost. Only those who submit their return forms with 1 days upon receiving their product will be entertained. 


2) Product quality has been compromised. For example, some smell has gone stale or unpleasant upon opening of pakaging. We will replace with a new product at no extra cost. Only those who submit their return forms with 1 days upon receiving their product will be entertained. 


3) For those who report that our products are not suitable for their meal, please contact us on whatsapp (014 627 0736) and we will advise on how we can assist. We will either replace with a different product or do a refund after investigating.
